This item is an add-on and must be purchased with at least 3 t-shirts. Please be sure 3 t-shirts are in your cart before checking out.  Orders without a qualifying t-shirt purchase will be refunded.

Before submitting your order please add in notes the Size and Color  you would like for each design.
